@ChaseSupport She decided to begin the process of closing the account and moving it elsewhere. I am considering the same. The amount of time she has spent on this is insane & the lack of customer service from @Chase is maddening.

@Chase - I have tried for four days to get a hold of your credit card customer service. The hold times to speak with someone are > 45 minutes. How do I get in contact with something other than hold music?
