@GovMurphy I spoke with Comcast today they are not complying with COVID 19 meaning they will terminate or shut their customers off their WiFi! If my WiFi of turned off my kids can not do their on line schooling and I won’t be able to work bc I need the WiFi! Can u help

@Depoetic @tcm Hmmm.... I need to call Comcast 😩When I switched to TCM to check something it’s saying it’s a subscription channel only. TCM has NEVER EVER been a special subscriber only channel as long as you had cable. We pay for the higher tier subscriber level too. Sucks I missed that!

@comcastcares It's not just me. I've blocked email after email that comes in but the entire domain needs to be blocked. If you have instructions on blocking an entire domain that would help. If not, there's not really much you're going to be able to do.

My @Xfinity remote died, and changing the batteries didn't fix it. I'm stuck watching E/I on CBS programming because there's literally no way to change the channel without the cable box's individually programmed remote.Kill me.

@BasilTori113490 It appears that some users from Xfinity and a few other ISP integrating their own website blocks and VPNs can have some issues loading the website.If your ISP is Xfinity, please check your app to remove any potential block on the website.

@GoAngelo Dear @Xfinity I don’t want to pay for Fox “News”. I want to pay for the channels I watch. I subscribe to your service so that I can get local programming, but that’s of marginal value. If I have to pay for Fox “News” next year, I’ll be cutting the cable.

@Xfinity Third day in a row I've had lengthy disruptions of @Xfinity internet. I have them daily, but usually back in 2-5 seconds. Last 3 days been more like 10-15 minutes.Really solid service. Just fantastic product.
