had a rattling noise in my suspension still doing it. The service guy said it was the suspension it didn?t do it when it was new and still making a lot of noise

I'm shopping for used cars. Wherever I go on their website it's new cars. It's like you're there at the dealership and you have salesmen shoving new cars down your throat.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Have been taking my chevy suvs here for years. even purchased one here. However despite having our traverse services here MULTIPLE times amazingly no one ever mentioned that the transmission was breaking. The traverse drove like this for 6 months and was only noticed when I took it to another mechanic. Amazingly this was right when our milage warrenty was up yet we are still within date range. After weeks of going back and forth with Chevy and the dealer we are told so sad too bad. I would never ever buy a GM product again. Prior to this experience we owned 2 GM made saabs, a tahoe, equinox and this traverse. and I def wouldn't take it here to be serviced. WAY too much of a coincidence that they never noticed the transmission yet a small shop down the street did. THANKS chevy and jess d'ambroisa.

Mrs. Simon, You neglected to point out that your vehicle has 113,000 miles on it and that it is out of GM Warranty. You did not purchase the vehicle new and you have only been here 5 times since 2015 and none of those times did we perform any maintenance on your Traverse. I understand your frustration, but you should not blame us for the transmission failing. My Service Manager informed me that he offered you a $1,000 discount to have the transmission replace. I was treated very courteously and quickly. They repaired 2 10 year old key fobs for my Chevy Malibu. Steve, Scott and Sam were very pleasant and helpful.
